Clarion/Samuels Associates is experienced in the evaluation, consulting, and appraisal of historic properties and preservation easements. Our clients have included the National Trust for Historic Preservation, the Internal Revenue Service, and private property owners. Since 1990 the firm has worked on conservation and preservation easement assignments in Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Washington D.C.
